  I've lived here for over 4 years because I've needed to, but this place is terrible. Management is non existent. The owner lives in Texas. The office staff is very unorganized. The maintenance is not handy. They have not repaired anything I've put a request in for since I've lived here. The only things they do fix are what needs to be done for inspections. They are terrible at keeping track of rent payments, so keep all your receipts. The only good thing about this place is that in my particular section the residents have been here for years so we look out for each other. It's a crappy deal for those of us who pay full price--not section 8 and get ignored and treated like crap by the staff.
